What am I agreeing to with the Nucu Pad monthly subscription?
By subscribing to the Nucu Pad rental service, you agree to pay a monthly fee for renting the Nucu Pad. The service includes free delivery and returns, and your subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel.
Keep in mind that the first month is non-refundable, and since this is a trial service, the status of the monthly subscription may change.

Do I own the Nucu Pad during the subscription?
No, the Nucu Pad remains the property of Nucu Oy throughout your subscription. You’re responsible for using it according to the guidelines and returning it in good condition. If the device is damaged due to misuse, there may be additional charges.
How do I subscribe?
We will at times inform eligible Nucu Family members of the availability of Nucu Pad subscriptions via email. The email will include a link to the Nucu Shop where you can order the Nucu Pad as a monthly subscription.
How can I cancel the Nucu Pad monthly subscription?
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time. In the order confirmation email and renewal emails, you will find the link to your subscription status page. On the page, you can view, edit and cancel your subscription.

What if I cancel halfway through a month?
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time. The first month, however, is non-refundable.
What happens if I cancel after using the Nucu Pad for 2 weeks.
We will bill you for the first month (non-refundable) at the time you make the order. You can cancel the Nucu Pad subscription anytime. After you cancel, you may continue using the Nucu Pad for up to 7 days after cancellation to account for shipping. Then, you must send the Nucu Pad back to us within 14 days after cancelling the subscription.
What happens if I cancel after using the Nucu Pad for 3.5 months?
We will bill you for the first month (non-refundable) at the time you make the order. For each subsequent month, we will bill you monthly. If you cancel your subscription partway through a billing period (after the first month), you will be eligible for a refund for any unused days in that period. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned Nucu Pad and confirm it is in good condition.
The amount of the refund is calculated using the following formula:
(Monthly rental price / 30) x (30 - Number of days between the latest renewal date and the cancellation date)
This ensures you are only charged for the time you used the device, with any remaining days refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the first month of your subscription is non-refundable.
How much is the Nucu monthly subscription?
The monthly price is communicated in the eligible member email.
Can the terms of service change?
Yes, Nucu Oy may update the terms of service at any time, especially since the monthly subscription is in a trial phase. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on our website, and the service itself may become unavailable or change in scope.
What if I don't send the Nucu Pad back?
If you do not return the Nucu Pad, Controller, and USB-C Cable within the 14-day period following the 7-day free-use window, you will be charged the full retail price of the missing items. Please note that the Nucu Pad rental service remains active until the device is returned. If no return is initiated, you will be responsible for ongoing charges until the device is received or the 14-day return window closes.
